The lustrous phone is designed for the general consumer and the young mobile users who seek a full featured smart phone in a sophisticated handset. The BlackBerry white is the first BlackBerry phone to offer expandable media, a camera and integrated media player. It comes in Pearl white and piano black colors. The complementary white accessories include a stereo headset, travel charger and a USB cable.

White BlackBerry Pearl has functions such as personal e-mail, instant messaging and web browsing. ‘Myfav’ is a unique feature that allows users to have a quick one touch access to five of their contacts. The internet service in the BlackBerry lets the user access up to 10 personal and corporate email accounts. Other features are a HTML browser, ‘SureType’ keyboard technology for easy and quick typing and an intuitive user interface. It sports a 1.3 mega pixel camera with 3 zoom levels up to 5x, plus built-in flash. The 2.25 inch TFT screen displays 65k colors in 240 x 260 pixel resolution. It works on GSM/GPRS and EDGE network support for international roaming. The phone comes with BlackBerry Maps, call management programs like smart dialing, speed dialing and conference calling.
